Uniform Order Information:

*Upon hire, each new employee will choose five uniform items of your choice and one jacket.

*After your initial five shirts, each employee may order five additional items PER YEAR.  The employee is responsible for 50% of the cost of the five additional items.  First Team Automotive will pay the remaining 50% of the cost.

*After you reach your five-item limit (50% of cost) for the year, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of any uniform items ordered thereafter. 

By placing this order on the First Team Online store, you are authorizing the amount to be deducted from your paycheck or paid with check or case upon delivery of purchased items.  NO PAYMENT WILL BE COLLECTED ON THIS WEBSITE.
